Boat Beach at Seal Rocks. Seal Rocks is a tiny
fishing community with a population of only fifty or so
that still holds onto it's unique identity despite the fact that it gets swamped
with visitors in holiday time.

and increased land values to the
same price as the affluent suburbs of Sydney
itself. Known by the locals as "The Last Frontier"
Seal Rocks days of independence must sadly be numbered.
